Thank you for your interest in BSC’s Networking Night at Texas A&M University. The purpose of our event is to provide a more relaxed means of educating students of what careers companies have to offer and how to get the most out of the career fairs. 

        The event will be held on the night of September 23rd with students arriving at 7:00 and a three course dinner starting at 7:15.  This event is being coordinated with Spring Career Fair for Mays Business School (September 23rd , 24th, and 25th) and will allow companies the opportunity to add value to their recruiting experience as they prepare students with future interactions.   Furthermore, students will benefit from interacting with a company representative recruiting for their major over dinner and learn about possible opportunities in their area of study.

       We will be serving a multi-course meal to all who attend at the Hilton Hotel here in College Station and each company will have an opportunity to answer questions from both the students seated at their table during dinner and in front of the whole audience on our open panel Q&A. The panel will consist of other businesses which relate to a specific business major. Each panel will be asked a few questions which representatives can explain and this process will be repeated with different groups between dinner courses. Companies will also be asked various questions by students sitting at your table over dinner. Students will be dressed business casual while professionals may choose between business casual/ business professional. We would like to create a professional environment where students have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of several career paths and account for all options presented in the workforce.
